Book Covers

Covers are the quite often the sales front for an book on the shelf, especially if you don't know the content of the story within. A books cover needs to be engaging and tell at least part of the story (a tease if you like) in order to make it stand out from those around them... especially if there is more than one version of the same book available.

The examples here of two of the covers I have designed, 'The Hitcherhiker's Guide to the Galaxy' and 'A Midsummer Nights Dream', both of which use elements of the stories as hand illustrated visuals alongside typography to fit with the genre of the stories within.
